Solar power for home use means something different depending on where you live. In an apartment or condo it is a plug-in power station with a panel on the balcony, because you cannot touch the roof or the service panel. In a cabin it is a 5,000W off-grid kit that is the only electricity on the property. In a family house it is a 48V battery bank and hybrid inverter that lowers the utility bill on normal days and carries the house through outages. This collection is organized so each of those buyers can find the right home solar system kit without wading through the others.
There are 240 products here from Sungold Power, EG4, Anker SOLIX and Bluetti. The range starts at $899 for a compact station and ends at $15,725 for a 16,000W system with 25.6kWh of storage and thirty-two panels. A stand-alone 5.12kWh powerwall battery is also listed for people expanding a kit they already own.
| Product | Key numbers | Best for | Price from |

Will a home solar power system kit lower my electric bill? Off-grid kits here reduce the bill by shifting loads onto solar and battery; they are not grid-export systems. For net metering you need a grid-tied inverter, which we can help you select separately.
What size kit for a three-bedroom house? Typically the 8,000W SGR-8K10E with 10.24kWh, or the 12kW EG4 PowerPro with 28.7kWh if the home has electric heat or an EV. The calculator will narrow it to one.
Can I install it myself? The DC side, panels and battery, is within reach for a careful DIYer. The AC connection to the house should be done by an electrician to meet local code.
Every kit ships free to the mainland US from our brand partner warehouses, usually within a few business days, with 30-day returns. Call us with your last twelve months of bills and we will size solar for home use around your actual numbers.
