Bluetti Power Kits: Matched Solar Systems for Home, RV and Cabin

A Bluetti solar kit bundles a power station, its expansion battery and a set of panels that the station can actually accept, so you do not have to work out charge voltage, connector type or how many panels the input will take. Bluetti power in kit form ranges from a portable station with three folding panels to a 10,000W split-phase setup with eight rigid modules on a roof.

This collection holds 16 products. Currently in stock are the Elite 200 V2 and Apex 300 stations plus the AC500 Home Integration Kit; the AC300, AC500, AC200Max and EP500 Pro bundles are listed but sold out at the moment. Prices run from $709 for the integration kit to $10,699 for the twin EP500 Pro system with twelve 335W panels.

How to choose a Bluetti solar system

  • Start with the station, not the panels. The Bluetti Elite 200 V2 (2,600W, 2,073.6Wh) is the entry point: 53.4 lb, a 3,900W lifting mode for resistive loads, and it accepts B80, B230 or B300 expansion packs. The Bluetti Apex 300 (3,840W, 2,764.8Wh) is the home-scale choice, running 120V and 240V loads together and growing to 58kWh.
  • Panel type. The AC300 + B300K bundle came with three 200W portable panels for $3,199 or six 200W rigid panels for $3,499. Portable panels fold and follow the sun; rigid panels stay on a roof or rack and cost less per watt. Both AC300 versions are sold out right now, but the pattern applies to any kit you build from in-stock parts.
  • Solar input ceiling. The EP500 Pro kits list a 2,400W maximum solar input against an 800W array, so there is room to triple the panels later. Check that figure on any station before you buy extra modules.
  • Grid tie-in. The Bluetti AC500 Home Integration Kit is a sub panel, outlet box and cabling set that wires an AC500 to your main panel for automatic switchover and pass-through charging. It comes as a 120V kit for one AC500 or a 120V/240V split-phase kit for two.

Setup and usage tips

  • Run the Solar Kit Calculator first. Enter your appliances and ZIP code and it returns the battery, inverter and panel sizes a Bluetti system needs for your sun hours.
  • Buy the station now and panels when you know your real daily use. A week of running the Elite 200 V2 from the wall tells you whether 2,073.6Wh is enough before you commit to modules.
  • Split-phase 240V needs the right hardware: the Apex 300 does it natively, while two AC500 units need the 120V/240V version of the integration kit.
  • Have a licensed electrician install the integration kit's sub panel. The kit supplies the parts; the connection to your main panel is code work.
  • If a bundle you want shows sold out, the same station plus separately listed Bluetti panels reaches the same result. Call and we will match the parts.

Frequently asked questions

Which is the best Bluetti kit for a cabin? For weekend use the Elite 200 V2 with two folding panels covers lights, a fridge and devices. For a full-time cabin with a well pump the Apex 300 with a B500K battery and rigid panels is the better base.

Does a Bluetti sale price apply to bundles? Bundle prices shown are the current kit prices; expansion batteries and panels bought separately are priced on their own product pages. Ask us for the current combination price on any station plus panels.

Can I add panels to an Elite 200 V2 later? Yes. Buy the station now, then add Bluetti portable panels once you know how fast you need to recharge in the field.

Every kit and component ships free to the mainland US from brand partner warehouses, usually within a few business days, with 30-day returns. Not sure which Bluetti system fits your load, give us a call and we will put the parts list together with you.
