Requirements for brand partners

To protect our customers from counterfeit, grey-market and unsupported products, every new brand or distributor goes through verification. We only work with partners that meet all of the following:

Product certifications UL / ETL / CSA listings as applicable (for example UL 1741 for inverters, UL 9540 / UL 9540A for energy storage, UL 1973 for batteries, UL 61730 for panels), FCC and UN38.3 for lithium batteries
Warranty support in the US Written warranty terms and a US support contact for claims and RMAs

Please note: we do not accept applications from free email accounts, marketplaces-only sellers, unregistered companies, or brands without US certifications. Incomplete applications are not reviewed. We never pay listing fees or upfront payments to partners.

How the partnership process works

  1. Submit the application below with links to your documents.
  2. We verify your company registration, certifications and warehouse details (usually 3-5 business days).
  3. We review your products, pricing and margins and book a call with your team.
  4. Once approved, we sign a dealer agreement, import your catalog with full SEO product pages and launch it in Google Shopping.

Frequently asked questions

Do you buy inventory or drop-ship?

We work on a drop-ship model: orders ship from your US warehouse directly to our customers. Stocking orders can be discussed for proven products.

Do you charge listing or marketing fees?

No. We do not charge listing fees and we never ask partners for upfront payments. Paid co-marketing campaigns are optional and agreed in writing.

Can overseas manufacturers apply?

Only through a US-registered subsidiary, official US importer or authorized US distributor with US warehouse stock and US warranty support.

How long does approval take?

Complete applications are reviewed in 3-5 business days. Missing documents delay the review.
