Eco Solar Kits operates fully online. Orders ship directly from our brand partners' and distributors' warehouses across the U.S. Our Sheridan, WY address is our administrative office.
Upon completing your order, you will promptly receive an email confirming that we have received it and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If an item is unexpectedly backordered, we will notify you of the estimated lead time before charging your card. If the lead time is unsatisfactory, we will cancel the pre-authorization and contact you via email or phone. Otherwise, we process the charge and ship your order.
If incorrect shipping information is provided at checkout, we will make every effort to locate the item with our shipping partners. Orders lost due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer cannot be refunded. If the item is recovered, re-shipping fees of up to 20% of the item's value may apply.
In-stock orders are processed within 1-4 business days after payment. The order cut-off time is 4:00 PM EST - orders placed after the cut-off are processed the next business day. Transit time by courier or freight carrier is 3-6 business days, depending on your location. You will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of your order leaving the distribution center. We offer free shipping on all orders and applicable items and brands within the mainland of the US (Hawaii, Alaska, and Overseas Territories are exclusions).
Eco Solar Kits does not ship orders directly to Hawaii, Alaska, or Overseas Territories. Clients needing delivery to these locations must arrange a freight forwarder and enter the forwarder's address as the shipping address. Eco Solar Kits will then ship the order to the designated freight forwarder under our standard shipping terms.
