I’ve been running four SPH10048P units for two years in a fully off-grid setup, and overall I’ve been very happy with the performance.
This is not a light-duty system. The inverters have handled everything I’ve thrown at them without issue. They parallel well, carry load reliably, and the generator charging capability is a big plus plenty of current when you need to recover a large battery bank.
One thing I appreciate is how flexible the system is. It’s not a “plug-and-play toy” you can actually configure it to do real work.
Customer service has also been excellent. Anytime I’ve had questions or needed clarification, they’ve been responsive and helpful, which is something you don’t always get.
If I had one suggestion, it would be more granular control over charge settings specifically being able to limit PV charge current independently from generator/AC charging. Separating them would make the system even better for larger or more complex setups.
Overall, these units have proven themselves in a real-world, working environment not just in a lab or small residential install. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone building an off-grid system.

Its awesome, I dont take the generator with us in our camping trailer any more unless we want the microwave. It keeps our batteries charged even in cloudy weather. Best of all its silent, I love that when camping in the forest.
