After extensive research on solar companies, we have decided to take a chance on Sun Gold Power and we are so glad we did. Our 10K 48 volt off grid inverter has met and by far exceeded our expectations. Their support team are amazing as we had a problem on installation due to no fault of Sun Gold. They work us thru our problem and it was corrected and we do not have any issues since. I'm able to run everything in home (I have NO air-con / heat pump.) with power to spare. Ceiling fans can stay on 24/7. Well pump works fine. Everything!
I highly recommend Will Prowse's DIY SOLAR FORUM online for tips and set up help.
SunGoldPower does respond well to support emails so between those two (and youtube!) you'll have very little problem setting things up. I've owned mine for almost a year
I like this unit so much that I plan on buying another to run in parallel adding more panels & two more batteries.

We’re off grid, we’ve been building up and adding on. We purchased two of these bad boys, split our panels and supped up our battery supply. Even in the winter we sometimes have to be frugal with our energy consumption (since the sun is gone for days) but I’m super happy with the products we’ve purchased.
