    The complete process was easy from start to finish. The ordering process was made extremely easy as you can buy package deals at great discounts. I bought 32 panels and run them in two different legs of 16 to one Sungoldpower controller/ inverter. Each set of six push on the average 250 VDC at around the 12 to 13 amps which balances perfectly with the 6KW Controller which has the two solar inputs. The panels are large, but still easy to handle and mount. Over all I would say these are Great Solar Panels, Well worth the money and of great quality. SungoldPower has been a pleasure to deal with.

    You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return (35 days for orders placed Nov 25-30 and Dec 25-31). Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached, and returns require prior authorization from our team.

    • Damaged on arrival or wrong item: contact us within 24 hours of delivery (photos help) - we cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
    • Manufacturing defects: covered under the manufacturer's warranty - contact us for guidance.
    • Changed your mind: return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 25% restocking fee may apply.
    • Cancelling before shipment: a 3% deduction covers platform fees.
