Black Friday Solar Deals 2026: Power Stations, Solar Kits & Batteries

House with rooftop solar panels at dusk in autumn, windows lit - Black Friday solar deals 2026

By Serhii Dovzhenko, Solar & Energy Storage Specialist · Updated October 20, 2026 · Prices checked October 20, 2026 · Data verification: Adsec.ca

Quick answerThe best Black Friday solar deal for most buyers right now is the Anker SOLIX S2000 at $699.99 (2,010 Wh, about $348 per kWh). For real home backup, the Jackery HomePower 3600 Plus drops to $1,609 with code ECO100. Our ECOBLACK2026 code ($150 off $2,000+) runs November 20 - December 1. Codes do not stack.

Black Friday 2026 falls on November 27, Cyber Monday on November 30. Every year we see the same pattern: shoppers wait for the big day, then find the model they wanted sold out or discover it cannot run their well pump. This page is our deals hub for the season. It lists only products that are in stock and active in our store today, with the real price, the list price shown on the product page, and the best promo code that actually applies at checkout. We will re-check every price, code and stock level each Monday and on Thanksgiving Day, and update this page when anything changes.

Adobe Digital Insights expects US online holiday sales to reach a record $275.1 billion this season, with $47.5 billion spent during Cyber Week alone and electronics discounts peaking at about 30% off list on Cyber Monday (Adobe forecast, Sept 2026). Solar gear follows the same curve, but stock on large power stations and freight kits runs out faster than on TVs. If you know what you need, the deals below are already live.

Two rules save most checkout headaches. First, one code per order: pick the largest code your cart qualifies for. Second, the minimum is the cart subtotal of eligible items, so a $999.99 power station alone will not unlock ECO100, but adding a $499.99 solar panel can. Each product card in our store shows the code that applies to it.

Price per kWh: the fastest way to spot a real deal

A big "% off" badge tells you little. What you are buying is stored energy, so divide the price by the battery capacity in kWh. That one number lets you compare a $499 unit with a $3,049 unit on equal terms.

Bar chart: price per kWh after the best promo code for 12 in-stock power stations, from $348/kWh (Anker SOLIX S2000) to $651/kWh (Anker SOLIX F3800 Plus)

Three things stand out this year:

  • 2 kWh units are the value sweet spot. The Anker SOLIX S2000 ($348/kWh), Bluetti Elite 200 V2 ($409/kWh with ECO50) and Jackery Explorer 2000 v2 ($416/kWh with ECO50) all cost less per kWh than most 1 kWh models.
  • The 3-3.6 kWh class is close behind. The Jackery HomePower 3600 Plus at $449/kWh with ECO100 is the cheapest way to get more than a day of essentials from one box.
  • 240V costs extra. The F3800 Plus, Explorer 5000 Plus and Apex 300 sit at $578-651/kWh. You pay for split-phase output and big inverters, which only makes sense if you need to run a well pump or other 240V loads.

Size it before you buy: the 3-minute math

A deal on the wrong size is not a deal. Use this quick method, or run your list through our Solar Kit Calculator.

Step 1: add up daily energy (kWh)

A typical outage list: refrigerator 1.5 kWh + Wi-Fi router and modem 0.5 kWh + 10 LED bulbs for 5 hours 0.45 kWh + phones and a laptop 0.2 kWh = about 2.65 kWh per day.

Step 2: divide by 0.85 for usable capacity

Inverter losses and reserve mean you get about 85% of the rated battery. 2.65 ÷ 0.85 = 3.1 kWh of battery for 24 hours. That points to a 3.5 kWh class unit such as the HomePower 3600 Plus or F3800 Plus. A 2 kWh unit covers the same list for about 15-16 hours, which is enough for an overnight outage.

Step 3: check starting watts, not just running watts

Motors draw 3-5 times their running power for a moment at start-up. A fridge that runs at 150 W can need 1,200 W to start; a 1 HP well pump that runs at about 1,200 W can need 3,500-4,500 W and usually 240V. If your list includes a well pump, filter for 120/240V units with 6,000 W or more.

Step 4: plan the recharge

Daily solar harvest ≈ panel watts × peak sun hours × 0.8. Two 200 W panels in 4 sun hours give about 1.3 kWh per day, roughly half of the essentials list above. Buying panels in a bundle during the sale usually costs less than adding them in spring.

Safety note: to power hardwired circuits, use a transfer switch, a home power panel or an inlet box with an interlock, installed by a licensed electrician. Never backfeed your house through a dryer or wall outlet.

Our 6 best Black Friday solar picks for 2026

Best overall deal

1. Anker SOLIX S2000 - 2 kWh for $699.99

2,010 Wh · 1,500 W · 120V · 6,000 cycles · 5-year warranty · 35.7 lb · $699.99 (list $1,199.99)

The S2000 has the lowest price per kWh of any power station we stock right now at about $348. Anker rates it for about 35 hours of refrigerator backup, and at 35.7 lb it is light for a 2 kWh unit. The trade-off is the 1,500 W inverter, so it is for fridges, internet, lights, CPAP and laptops, not for space heaters or well pumps. Stock is limited at this price.

ProsLowest cost per kWh; 6,000-cycle battery; light for its capacity.
Cons1,500 W output limits big appliances; not expandable; no promo code applies.

Best under $900

2. Bluetti Elite 200 V2 - $849 with ECO50

2,073.6 Wh · 2,600 W · 120V · expandable to 5.1 kWh · 5-year warranty · 53.4 lb · $899 (list $999)

If you need more inverter power than the S2000 offers, the Elite 200 V2 adds 2,600 W of output for $150 more with code ECO50. It can start a fridge, microwave or small sump pump, and it can grow to about 5 kWh with an expansion battery later. The Jackery Explorer 2000 v2 is a close alternative at the same $849 with ECO50.

Pros2,600 W inverter; expandable; 5-year warranty.
ConsHeavier than the S2000; 120V only.

3. Jackery HomePower 3600 Plus - $1,609 with ECO100

3,584 Wh · 3,600 W · 120V · expandable to 21 kWh · 6,000 cycles · 77.2 lb · $1,709 (list $1,880)

This is the unit that matches the sizing math above: about 24 hours of essentials from one charge at $449 per kWh. It rolls on wheels, and it grows to 21 kWh with battery packs if you later want multi-day coverage. Our full comparison of home backup units is in Best Solar Generators for Home Backup (2026).

ProsBest value in the 3.5 kWh class; long-life battery; big expansion path.
Cons120V only; 1,000 W solar input.

4. Anker SOLIX F3800 Plus - $2,499.99 with ECO100

3,840 Wh · 6,000 W · 120/240V · expandable to 26.9 kWh per unit · 3,200 W solar input · $2,599.99 (list $4,799.99)

For homes with a well pump or other 240V loads, the F3800 Plus is the most complete platform we sell, with a 240V outlet, two solar inputs and room for up to six expansion batteries. If you also want panels, the F3800 Plus + 2x 440W rigid panel bundle is one of the seven ECOBLACK2026 products and drops to $3,448.99 from November 20.

ProsReal 240V split-phase; strong solar input; best expansion path.
ConsHeavy, though wheeled; highest cost per kWh in this list.

5. Jackery HomePower 3600 Plus + 30A Manual Transfer Switch - $1,959 from Nov 20

3,584 Wh · 3,600 W · 120V · 30A manual transfer switch included · $2,109 (list $2,320)

This bundle adds the piece most buyers forget: a way to power hardwired circuits like the furnace fan or a kitchen circuit without running extension cords. It is $2,009 with ECO100 today and $1,959 with ECOBLACK2026 from November 20 to December 1. Have the switch installed by a licensed electrician.

ProsTransfer switch included; qualifies for the larger Black Friday code.
ConsSwitch needs professional installation; 120V circuits only.

Best whole-home system

6. BigBattery ETHOS 20.48 kWh + EG4 18kPV - $8,433.99 with SAVE250

20.48 kWh LiFePO4 · 12 kW output · 120/240V · 18 kW PV input · expandable to 81.9 kWh · UL9540 system · $8,683.99 (list $9,490)

When portable units stop making sense, a 48V battery bank with a hybrid inverter does. This system covers a typical home's essential and 240V loads for a day or more, takes up to 18 kW of solar, and scales by adding batteries. It ships by freight and needs a licensed installer and permit in most areas. See more systems in Big Batteries for Home Backup.

ProsAbout $412/kWh after code; large solar input; UL9540 listing.
ConsProfessional install; freight delivery; heavy (about 730 lb).

Buy now or wait for Black Friday?

Our honest answer: buy now if the product you want is listed above at a price you are happy with. Here is why.

  • The codes are already live. ECO100, ECO50, SAVE250 and SAVE500 work today. Only ECOBLACK2026 waits until November 20, and it applies to seven products.
  • Brand pricing moves monthly. Jackery and Anker set promotional pricing by month, and November prices are not published yet. They can go down, but they can also go up.
  • Stock is the real risk. Several units above have 4-6 left at these prices. Freight kits also take longer to deliver than parcel orders, so ordering early gives you a system in place before winter storms.
  • Waiting makes sense for the seven ECOBLACK2026 products if your cart is $2,000 or more and $50 more savings matters to you (versus ECO100).

What our customers ask before buying

  • "I saw a $100 code online - does it work on this?" This is the most common pre-sale question we get. ECO100 is real, but it needs a $1,500+ cart of eligible items, and only one code applies per order.
  • "Can you put my whole system on one invoice?" Buyers of multi-part systems (batteries, inverter, panels, cables) often ask us to bundle everything on one order. Our team can do that, which also makes it easier to reach a code's minimum.
  • "A local company quoted me a different battery - is it the same?" Customers often send us a competitor's link. We compare spec for spec: usable kWh, BMS current, cycle rating, low-temperature charging and warranty, not just amp-hours.
  • "How big is the delivery?" Large kits arrive on freight pallets, and mounting racks can be long and heavy enough to need a pickup or trailer. Plan the delivery spot before you order.
  • "Which size do I need?" We usually answer with the Solar Kit Calculator and the 3-step math above. Most essentials-only buyers land on 2-3.6 kWh.
Tax credit update: the 30% federal Residential Clean Energy Credit (Section 25D) does not apply to expenditures made after December 31, 2025. Price your Black Friday purchase without it, and check your state or utility for local battery incentives.

Frequently asked questions

When is Black Friday 2026?

Black Friday 2026 is Friday, November 27, the day after Thanksgiving (November 26). Cyber Monday is November 30. Our ECOBLACK2026 code runs from November 20 at 12:00 AM ET to December 1 at 11:59 PM ET.

What is the best Black Friday solar generator deal in 2026?

On price per kWh, the Anker SOLIX S2000 at $699.99 (about $348/kWh) is the best deal we stock. For home backup, the Jackery HomePower 3600 Plus at $1,609 with ECO100 gives about a day of essentials. For 240V loads, the Anker SOLIX F3800 Plus is $2,499.99 with ECO100.

Can I combine promo codes?

No. One code applies per order. Use the largest code your cart qualifies for: ECO50 (no minimum), ECO100 ($1,500+), ECOBLACK2026 ($2,000+, Nov 20 - Dec 1), SAVE250 ($4,000+) or SAVE500 ($8,000+).

Should I buy a solar generator now or wait for Black Friday?

If the model you need is in stock at a price you like, buy now: most codes are already live, brand pricing changes monthly and popular units sell out. Wait only if your cart is $2,000+ and includes one of the seven ECOBLACK2026 products.

What size solar generator should I buy on Black Friday?

Add up your daily kWh, divide by 0.85, and check starting watts. A fridge, internet, lights and phone charging use about 2.65 kWh per day, which needs about 3.1 kWh of battery for 24 hours. A well pump usually needs a 120/240V unit with 6,000 W or more.

Do I need an electrician for a home backup power station?

Not to plug appliances into the unit. To power hardwired circuits, you need a transfer switch, home power panel or inlet with an interlock installed by a licensed electrician. Never backfeed a house through an outlet.
