I''ve been running an 8kw all-in-one inverter/charge system for almost a year. I live at 3600'' elevation in an extreme winter weather climate. I have 16x 415watt panels and 4x 48v 100ah heated battery rack solution. Tech support has been fantastic and assisted with minor setup and configuration tweaks to optimize my solution. Highly recommend. Will be expanding to support minisplit unit this summer.

The battery appears to be working, it came very well packed. Excellent customer service, they let me bring in the battery for testing when we couldn''t figure out the issue. They found out that there was an issue with the BMS.
