The most affordable way into a 12kW split-phase off-grid system: the FR12K-B inverter, four CoreX 5 Pro rack batteries (20.48kWh) and sixteen 450W bifacial N-type panels (7,200W), with RSD, breakers and bus bar included.
The FR-12K20CP gives a home or cabin true 240V off-grid capability - 12,000W continuous, 24,000W surge - at an entry price. The FR12K-B all-in-one inverter/charger handles solar charging on two MPPTs, generator charging at 120A, load transfer in 10ms and rapid shutdown, all inside one wall-mounted cabinet with its own breakers.
Four CoreX 5 Pro server-rack batteries provide 20.48kWh of LiFePO4 storage at 51.2V, enough for a typical evening-and-night load with reserve. Each module carries a 100A smart BMS and EVE Grade A cells rated for 6,000+ cycles, communicates with the inverter over CAN/RS485, and reports to the SunGoldPower app over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Sixteen SGN-450-BDG5 bifacial N-type panels produce 7,200W - about 29kWh a day at four sun hours.
The kit ships with battery brackets, two 50 ft 10 AWG PV extension cables, a 4/0 AWG battery cable, two 25A PV breakers and a 400A bus bar set. It grows easily: the inverter accepts 13.2kW of PV, the battery stack takes up to 15 modules, and up to six inverters can be paralleled. A wall-mounted CoreX 5 Elite version (FR-12K20CE) is available.
