Nice power stations for the sale price I paid

No complaints for the sale price I paid on 2 C1000G2. I'm getting ~86-89% efficiency in my discharge tests with a furnace, fridge and freezer. The app is usable and firmware updates are possible with bluetooth only which is a big plus for me. The app has all the settings I could care about also accessible via bluetooth.
Two complaints. The C1000G2 doesn't have battery expansion and the fan drone/speed changes while charging are a bit annoying. I have no need for the bigger inverter on the C2000G2 and would prefer to expand a more portable C1000G2 as needed. As for the fan speed, 1200w fan noise is very noticeable in a quiet environment. 1000w is a bit better and 800w is even quieter. There is a 500w silent charge mode, but that's a little slow. During the charge cycle the fan speed changes near constantly. I can deal with a droning fan speed, but at 1000w indoors at 68F, its whirring up and down constantly.
That said, I'm still happy with my purchase.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return (35 days for orders placed Nov 25-30 and Dec 25-31). Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached, and returns require prior authorization from our team.

  • Damaged on arrival or wrong item: contact us within 24 hours of delivery (photos help) - we cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
  • Manufacturing defects: covered under the manufacturer's warranty - contact us for guidance.
  • Changed your mind: return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 25% restocking fee may apply.
  • Cancelling before shipment: a 3% deduction covers platform fees.
