Luckily it is easy to use. It came with no instructions for use or how to set up. The web page downloads list had nothing but specs and has nothing on how to use the charge controller. I requested some information for the charge controller and was sent a link that was quite informative and would have been nice to have at the start.

I wanted the 100W briefcase without the controller as it specs out to be a match for a discontinued Harbor Freight briefcase I need to replace. I tried to order it a few months ago and the order was canceled by you. Your website has shown your briefcase with no controller on "back order" for several more months.
