A solar panel kit is the panel side of a home, cabin or RV system: rigid monocrystalline modules sold in pairs or pallets, sometimes with a charge controller, that you connect to a battery bank or a hybrid inverter you already own or are buying at the same time. Household solar panel kits differ from portable folding panels in that they are bolted to a roof, rack or trailer and left there.
This collection holds 60 products from Sungold Power, Rich Solar, Anker and EG4. It starts at from $165 for a two-panel 100W kit and runs past $7,000 for a complete battery-plus-inverter system, with pallet lots of 335W to 410W panels in between for whole-roof installs.
| Product | Key numbers | Best for | Price from |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sungold Power 100W 24V Kit | 2 x 100W, 24V, IP65/IP67 | Trailer or shed top-up | $165 |
| SunGoldPower 200W 48V Kit | 200W each, 37V Vmp | Adding to a 48V bank | $350 |
| Sungold Power 415W 48V PERC Kit | 415W each, IP68 | Home roof on a 48V inverter | $875 |
| Rich Solar MEGA 335W PRO pallet | 335W, 25.1% efficiency, 8-12 per pallet | Whole-roof residential arrays | $2,199 |
What are the best solar panels for a small cabin? For a 24V cabin bank, the 370W 24V PERC kit gives real charging power in a compact footprint. If the cabin runs a 48V inverter, step up to the 415W or 450W 48V kits so the string voltage matches.
Do these kits include mounting and wiring? Kits are panels, or panels plus a controller in the Rich Solar charging kit. Rails, clamps and extension cable depend on your roof, so plan those separately.
Can I use household panels on an RV? Yes, the 100W and 200W two-panel kits are the usual choice for a trailer roof, and the IP68 PERC modules tolerate road spray on a boat or truck camper.
Every kit ships free to the mainland US from our brand partner warehouses, usually within a few business days, with 30-day returns. Call us with your roof dimensions and battery voltage and we will confirm the kit fits before you order.
